We take great pride in offering high-quality handcrafted products made with care and attention. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is missing major parts or accessories as shown on the website.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind or dislike after purchase
- Minor color, design, or texture variations (since handcrafted items are unique)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
- Discounted or clearance sale items (marked as “non-returnable”)
3. Return Request Process
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong address, unavailability, or refusal to accept), the customer will bear the shipping and handling charges.
5. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If rejected (due to ineligible reasons), the item will be shipped back to you.
6. Replacement Policy
If your order qualifies for a replacement:
- A new item will be shipped to you at no extra cost after we receive the defective product.
- Replacement is subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.
7. Damaged Product on Delivery
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please:
- Refuse delivery and inform us immediately, or
- Take clear photos/videos of the package and product upon delivery
This helps us raise a claim with the courier partner and process your refund/replacement faster.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times vary.
