7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • We accept returns or replacements only for damaged or defective products received.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at rajasthaniartandcraft@gmail.com with proof (images or videos).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.
